The Gathering - 12x16", acrylicI used a limited palette with this one, pretty much just burnt sienna and phthalo blue, with just a little bit of ochre and cadmium yellow. And of course white. Used a randomly textured background painted red and left lots of it showing through. I decided to paint the edges a simlar red to finish, rather than a darker colour. I quite like the finished look...
